[目的]研究河南省技术经纪人高质量培养对策,以提高技术转移人才队伍质量,加快科技成果转化效率.[方法]通过对河南省技术经纪人从业环境、培养现状的分析,结合国内其他国家技术转移人才培养基地调研情况,提出河南省技术经纪人高质量培养的对策.[结果]针对人才培养存在的人员框架不合理、配套政策缺失等相关问题,通过教研实训,提出了制定科学目标、创新培养方法、加强实践锻炼等解决方案.[结论]技术经纪人高质量培养对河南省聚力建设国家创新高地、塑造发展新动能、培育发展新优势具有重要意义.
Research on High Quality Training Strategies for Technical Brokers in Henan Province
[Purposes]This paper aims to conduct the research on high-quality training strategies for technology brokers in Henan Province,in order to improve the quality of the technology transfer talent team and accelerate the efficiency of scientific and technological achievements transformation.[Meth-ods]By analyzing the working environment and training status of technology brokers in Henan Province,and combining with the research on technology transfer talent training bases in other countries in China,this paper proposes countermeasures for high-quality training of technology brokers in Henan Province.[Findings]In response to the problems of unreasonable personnel framework and lack of supporting poli-cies in talent cultivation,solutions such as setting scientific goals,innovating training methods,and strengthening practical training have been proposed through teaching and research training.[Conclu-sions]The high-quality training of technical brokers is of great significance for Henan Province to build a national innovation highland,shape new development momentum,and cultivate new development ad-vantages.
