复合改性玄武岩纤维PA-13排水沥青混合料性能研究

[目的]为改善排水沥青混合料的路用性能,选用SBS、橡胶粉及玄武岩纤维稳定剂对其进行复合改性.[方法]结合前期研究成果,在SBS及橡胶粉改性剂掺量分别为5%、10%,玄武岩纤维掺量为0.4%的基础上开展PA-13沥青混合料配合比设计;在不同橡胶粉掺量下对PA-13排水沥青混合料开展高温抗车辙、抗水损害及抗剥落等路用性能研究.[结果]从高温性能及经济性考虑,橡胶粉的合理掺量为12%;从水稳定性能角度考虑,橡胶粉掺量为10%;从抗剥落能力及经济性考虑,橡胶粉的合理掺量为10%.[结论]SBS、橡胶粉及玄武岩纤维的掺入能够改善排水沥青混合料的路用性能.
Research on the Performance of Composite Modified Basalt Fiber PA-13 Drainage Asphalt Mixture
[Purposes]To improve the road performance of drainage asphalt mixture,SBS,rubber powder,and basalt fiber stabilizer were selected for composite modification.[Methods]Based on the previous re-search results of the research group,the mix design of PA-13 asphalt mixture was carried out on the ba-sis of SBS and rubber powder modifiers with a dosage of 5%and 10%,respectively,and basalt fiber with a dosage of 0.4%;a study was conducted on the road performance of PA-13 drainage asphalt mixture un-der different rubber powder dosages,including high temperature resistance to rutting,water damage,and peeling.[Findings]From the perspective of high temperature performance and economy,the reasonable dosage of rubber powder is 12%;from the perspective of water stability performance,the rubber powder content is 10%;from the perspectives of anti peeling ability and economy,the reasonable dosage of rub-ber powder is 10%.[Conclusions]The addition of SBS,rubber powder,and basalt fibers can improve the road performance of drainage asphalt mixtures.
