The Characteristics of Machine-Made Sand and Its Application in High Speed Railway Engineering
[Purposes]This paper aims to fully utilize the drainage performance of machine-made sand and determine the impact of machine-made sand on high-speed railway engineering.[Methods]This ar-ticle introduces the basic characteristics of machine-made sand,analyzes the production process of machine-made sand,and reasonably controls the application effect of machine-made sand.[Findings]Through practical application,it was found that applying machine-made sand to high-speed railways can provide strong mechanical properties,maintain good engineering performance in any weather,and strengthen the stability of high-speed railway lines.[Conclusions]The research and application of the characteristics of machine-made sand is of great significance for promoting the use of machine-made sand in high-speed railways and other fields,and ensuring the supply of sand materials for projects such as high-speed rail engineering in China.
