摘要
[目的]2024年政府工作报告强调,要深入推进数字经济创新发展.通过对数字经济发展大省浙江进行分析研究,以期为河南省数字经济创新发展的理论研究提供参考.[方法]对河南省与浙江省数字经济发展规模、占GDP比重、增长率等方面进行分析.[结果]针对相应的问题,结合两省数字经济发展给出了优化政策体系、加强基础技术研究、构建产业生态体系等解决方法.[结论]对河南省数字经济创新发展理论研究具有一定的参考价值.
Abstract
[Purposes]Report on the work of the government in 2024 emphasizes that it is necessary to further promote the innovative development of the digital economy.Through the analysis and research of Zhejiang,a big province of digital economy development,this paper aims to provide reference for the theoretical research of digital economy innovation and development in Henan Province.[Methods]The development scale,proportion of GDP and growth rate of digital economy in Henan and Zhejiang are ana-lyzed.[Findings]In view of the corresponding problems,combined with the development of digital economy in the two provinces,the solutions are given,such as optimizing the policy system,strengthen-ing the basic technology research,and building an industrial ecological system.[Conclusions]This pa-per has certain reference value for the theoretical research of digital economy innovation and develop-ment in Henan Provinc.
