[目的]科技政务数据具有多源性、权威性等特征,蕴含着巨大的经济社会利用价值,但由于数据来源途径多、数据结构多样和数据质量参差不齐等问题,导致对科技政务数据的综合利用不充分,数据价值未能体现.因此,需要建立一个综合、高效的科技政务数据分析、处理及可视化平台,为科技管理部门决策提供数据层面的有力支撑.[方法]基于微服务的架构,建立以数据中台为基础的科技政务数据可视化平台.[结果]该平台实现了对科技政务数据的统一采集、存储、分析和计算,并进行可视化展示.[结论]科技政务数据可视化平台通过对数据的统一处理,打破了"数据孤岛",以直观的图表展示数据,极大地提高了科技政务数据的利用率,为科技政策的制定提供了重要的数据参考.
Design and Implementation of Science and Technology Government Data Visualization Platform
[Purposes]Science and technology government data possesses the attributes of multi-source and authority,and it contains significant economic and social value.Nevertheless,due to the issues of multiple data sources,diverse data structures,and uneven data quality,the comprehensive utilization of science and technology government data is inadequate,and the value of the data is not manifested.There-fore,it is necessary to establish a comprehensive and efficient science and technology government data analysis,processing and visualization platform,which will provide strong data-level support for science and technology management departments to make decisions.[Methods]Based on the architecture of mi-croservices,this paper establishes a visualization platform for science and technology government data based on the data middle platform.[Findings]This platform realizes the unified collection,storage,analysis,calculation and visual display of science and technology government data.[Conclusions]Through the unified processing of data,science and technology government data visualization platform solves the problem of data silos,presents the data with intuitive charts,significantly enhances the utiliza-tion rate of science and technology government data,and provides an important data reference for the for-mulation of science and technology policies.
