基于试验研究的悬索桥输油管道振动特性分析

[目的]为研究悬索桥输油管道在内部流体作用下的振动响应,开展了悬索桥输油管道振动试验,分析其振动响应机理,并探索不同流量下管道的振动响应特性.[方法]试验中采用应变片测试技术采集跨越管道在内部流体作用下的变形数据,基于模态分析方法和傅里叶时频变换处理数据,得出管道振动响应.[结果]研究表明:管内不稳定流体的弹性激振会诱发悬索桥跨越输油管道周期性振动,管道的水平方向与垂直方向响应频率一致;试验中管道垂直方向为三阶模态振型,管道水平方向为二阶模态振型,管道在垂直方向上应变与位移幅值大于水平方向;管道的模态幅值、应变、频率及位移幅值均随着流量的增大而增大,在该试验工况下,流量变化暂未引起管道模态振型的改变.[结论]适当减小流量、增加管道系统的刚性支撑与阻尼结构均有利于降低管道振动,避免发生共振,从而降低管道疲劳断裂的风险.研究结果可为悬索桥输油管道的安全运行提供参考.
Vibration Characteristics Analysis of Suspension Bridge Oil Pipeline Based on Experimental Research
[Purposes]In order to study the vibration characteristics of suspension bridge Spanning oil pipeline under internal fluid action,the vibration experiment of suspension bridge oil pipeline was car-ried out to obtain the vibration response mechanism,and the vibration characteristics of pipelines under different flow rates were studied,too.[Methods]In the experiment,strain gauge testing technology was used to collect the deformation data of suspension bridge pipeline under the action of internal fluid,the data were processed by using modal analysis methods and Fourier time-frequency transform,and the vi-bration response of suspension bridge oil pipeline was obtained.[Findings]The results show that the elastic excitation of the unstable fluid in the pipeline will induce the periodic vibration of the suspension bridge pipeline,and the response frequency of the pipeline in the horizontal and vertical directions are consistent.In the experiment,the modal of the pipeline in the vertical direction is the third order,the modal of the pipeline in the horizontal direction is the second order,and the strain and displacement in the vertical direction of the pipeline are larger than that in the horizontal direction.With the increase of flow,the modal amplitude,strain,frequency and displacement amplitude of the pipeline all increase.Un-der the experimental condition,the change of flow rate does not cause the change of the modal shape of the pipeline.[Conclusions]Appropriately reducing the flow rate,increasing the rigid support of the pipe-line system,and increasing the damping structure are all conducive to reducing the vibration of the pipe-line to avoid resonance,thus reducing the risk of fatigue fracture of the pipeline.The results provide a reference for the safe operation of the suspension bridge oil pipeline.
