某风电场技改前后载荷测试分析

[目的]某风电场在技改前,风机经常出现异响、振动大等现象,为有效支撑技改服务,解决风机异常问题,开展了载荷测试工作.[方法]技改前后分别对该风机进行载荷测试,并从不同风速下载荷量、极限载荷对比、时序频谱、1 Hz等效疲劳载荷、塔架固有频率等方面进行分析.[结果]技改前后该风机等效载荷变化趋势一致,且在风速9 m/s以下数值相近,但风速超过9 m/s后,技改后风机等效载荷为1 935.30 kN·m,远大于技改前的1 590.18 kN·m.测试结果显示,技改后风机发电能力、变桨能力变弱,因其在大风情况下叶片变桨小,风载变大,加之新轴承自身重量增加,使得风机等效载荷明显增大.[结论]技改后该风机异常问题基本解决,此结果对同类型机组工程改造具有一定的借鉴意义.
Load Test and Analysis of a Wind Farm Before and After Technical Reform
[Purposes]Before the technical transformation of a wind power plant,the abnormal noise and vibration of the wind turbine often occur.In order to effectively support the technical transformation and solve the abnormal problem of the fan,the load test work was carried out.[Methods]Before and after the technical reform,the load test of the fan was carried out,the load quantity under different wind speeds,the comparison of limit load,the time series spectrum,the equivalent fatigue load of 1Hz and the natural frequency of tower are analyzed.[Findings]The change trend of the equivalent load of the fan before and after the technical reform is the same,and the value is similar under the wind speed 9 m/s,but as the wind speed exceeds 9 m/s,the equivalent load of the fan after the technical reform is 1 935.30 kN·m,which is much larger than 1 590.18 kN·m before the technical reform.The test results show that the power generation capacity and pitch ability of the fan are weakened after the technical transformation,so that the blade pitch is small and the wind load is large in the case of strong wind.In addition,the weight of the new bearing increases,which makes the equivalent load of the fan increase obviously.[Conclu-sions]After the technical reform,the abnormal problem of the fan is basically solved,which has certain reference significance for the engineering reform of the same type of units in the industry.
