摘要
[目的]通过建立有效的评价体系,实现对专利的动态管理,为建筑企业开展专利运营和奖励申报提供参考.[方法]通过分析专利价值评估的关键要素与指标,结合指标的可读性与独立性,开展国内大型建筑企业现有有效专利的三个价值维度的评价指标分析,提出建筑企业专利价值评价方法.[结果]依托分级评分结果将有效专利分为高价值、一般及低价值专利,并按具体指标的评价情况将高价值专利分为核心、重要、一般3个级别.[结论]不仅可以帮助企业稳定技术成果、经营风险预警、支撑企业声誉、获取许可转让收入,还有助于企业淘汰落后技术、降低经费开支,有利于建筑企业更好地开展专利分级管理工作.
Abstract
[Purposes]This article establishes an effective evaluation system to effectively achieve dy-namic management of patents,which can provide reference for construction enterprises to carry out pat-ent operations and reward applications.[Methods]By analyzing the key elements and indicators of pat-ent value evaluation,this paper constructs the patent evaluation system of construction enterprises,evaluates and analyzes the existing effective patents of domestic large-scale construction enterprises.[Findings]According to the evaluation results,construction enterprise patents are divided into high-value patents,general value patents and low value patents,and high-value patents are classified into three levels:core,important,and general based on the evaluation of specific indicators.[Conclusions]The construction and application of the patent evaluation system of construction enterprises can help en-terprises eliminate outdated technologies,reduce financial expenses,save operation and maintenance costs,and facilitate better patent classification management in construction enterprises.
