Research on the Current Situation and Development Countermeasures of Technology Transaction in Henan Province
[Purposes]In view of the problems existing in the technology transaction in Henan Province,some suggestions are put forward from the aspects of the system and mechanism of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,the ability of scientific and technological innovation,and the construction of platform carrier,so as to provide reference for promoting the development of technology transaction in Henan Province.[Methods]Taking the technology transaction data of Henan Province in 2023 as the research object,this paper studies and compares the technology transaction data of the whole country,the six central provinces and the provincial cities of Henan Province,and analyzes the existing problems.[Findings]Henan Province should continuously improve the ability of scientific and techno-logical innovation,build a platform for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and promote the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements,so as to pro-mote the development of technology transactions.[Conclusions]Technology transaction is one of the im-portant ways to transform technological achievements,and the success or failure of technology transfor-mation directly affects the market vitality and efficiency of technology transaction.Only by promoting the effective transformation of technological achievements can high-quality development of technology trans-actions be achieved.
