Research and Application Progress on Carbon-Based Conductive Inks
[Purposes]This paper aims to review the research progress on carbon-based conductive inks and their applications,and provide references for developing conductive inks with stable performance and excellent conductivity,as well as their application methods.[Methods]By reviewing literature,the types,preparation methods,and application fields of carbon-based conductive inks were summarized,and by comparing the performance,advantages,and disadvantages of different carbon-based conductive inks,their application scenarios were prospected.[Findings]Current research on carbon-based conduc-tive inks mainly focuses on new conductive fillers such as graphene and carbon nanotubes.Improving their dispersibility is a problem that needs to be addressed currently.Existing carbon-based conductive inks are mostly used in the fabrication of sensors,flexible wearable devices,etc.[Conclusions]Utilizing the high conductivity and mechanical properties of graphene as a conductive ink filler for the development of high-performance flexible electronic devices will be an important research direction in the future.
