Research on the Current Situation and High-Quality Development of Intellectual Property Public Service Platform in Henan Province
[Purposes]This paper aims to study the current situation and development countermeasures of intellectual property public service platform in Henan Province,and to provide strong support for the con-struction of a high-quality modern intellectual property province.[Methods]The current situation and problems of the intellectual property public service platform in Henan Province were investigated through the website,and the specific measures to promote its high-quality development were put forward.[Findings]Henan Province has built intellectual property public service platforms in seven regions,in-cluding Zhengzhou,Luoyang,Xinxiang,Anyang,Luohe,Zhumadian and Jiaozuo.However,there are some problems,such as uneven regional distribution,uneven platform quality,non-standard platform en-trance settings and friendship links.[Conclusions]To achieve the high-quality development of the intel-lectual property public service platform in Henan Province,governments at all levels should make a sys-tematic planning of the intellectual property public service platform,make multiple subjects cooperate to ensure the quality of the intellectual property public service platform,and combine online and offline to promote the publicity and promotion of the intellectual property public service platform.
