[Purposes]This paper aims to clarify the patent status and technical research key points of Li Auto Inc.[Methods]By searching professional databases,patent analysis was conducted on Li Auto Inc from five aspects:global application trends,patent types,patent geographical distribution,patent technol-ogy composition,and key patents.[Findings]The patent applications of Li Auto Inc have grown rapidly,which are mainly utility model patents and invention patents,with the vast majority only applied in China.Patents mainly focus on electric power devices,electronic devices,and comfort related accesso-ries,while key patents mainly involve technologies related to vehicle systems,driving assistance,and thermal management.[Conclusions]The industry can refer to the patent application of Li Auto Inc for re-search and development,promoting the healthy development of the new energy vehicle market.
