摘要

[目的]对干法制备电池电极的专利技术进行研究和分析,以期为电池电极产业提供参考.[方法]统计分析干法制备电池电极的主要技术分支,对重点技术的改进方向进行剖析.[结果]原纤化法是干法电池电极制备的重点技术,该技术在电池正极的产业化应用尚存在困难,且应进一步在粘合剂、工艺/装置及助剂等方面进行改进.[结论]有助于技术人员了解该领域的发展情况,为相关工作提供参考.

Abstract

[Purposes]This paper studies and analyzes the patent technology of dry preparation of battery electrode in order to provide reference for battery industry.[Methods]This paper analyzes the main tech-nical branches of dry preparation of battery electrode and focuses on the direction of key technologies for improvement.[Findings]The fibrillation method is the key technology of dry preparation of battery elec-trode.Industrial application of this technology in positive electrodes is still difficult at present and it should be further improved in terms of binders,process/devices and additives.[Conclusions]This paper helps somehow the skilled person to understand the development in this field and provide reference for related work.
