摘要

[目的]当前,地方政府正加快实施创新驱动发展战略,区域创新生态发展路径研究有助于深入了解区域创新生态系统运行机制和发展规律,为制定更加有效的创新政策提供决策支持.[方法]基于创新生态生命周期相关理论,按照起步、成长、发展、调整4个阶段深入剖析硅谷、中关村和深圳3个案例的创新生态发展历程.[结果]根据发展过程中核心动力因素的不同概括出3种模式,即高校和政府采购驱动的硅谷模式、研发机构和政府行为驱动的中关村模式、市场机制驱动的深圳模式.[结论]地方政府需因地制宜、因地施策,借鉴这些成功模式,以推动科技创新和产业发展.

Abstract

[Purposes]Currently,local governments are accelerating the implementation of the innovation driven development strategy.Research on the development path of regional innovation ecology helps to gain a deeper understanding of the operating mechanism and development laws of the regional innovation ecosystem,providing decision-making support for formulating more effective innovation policies.[Meth-ods]Based on the theory of the innovation ecosystem lifecycle,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the development process of the innovation ecosystem in Silicon Valley,Zhongguancun,and Shenzhen in four stages:initiation,growth,development,and adjustment.[Findings]Based on the different profiles of core driving factors in the development process,three models are identified:the Silicon Valley model driven by universities and government procurement,the Zhongguancun model driven by research and de-velopment institutions and government behavior,and the Shenzhen model driven by market mechanisms.[Conclusions]Local governments need to adapt to local conditions and implement policies based on these successful models to promote technological innovation and industrial development.
