Exploration of the Application of AI Technology in Project Management of Research Institutes
[Purposes]This paper aims to explore the potential application and role of AI technology in project management of research institutes.[Methods]A combination of literature review and specific analysis was used to review the research and application status of AI technology in project management.The potential value and role of AI technology in project management were analyzed,as well as the chal-lenges brought by its application.[Findings]Analysis and research indicate that the application of AI technology in scientific research project management mainly focuses on project planning,progress moni-toring and risk assessment,resource optimization allocation,team collaboration,project process manage-ment,and intellectual property protection.AI technology can effectively improve the intelligence level of project management,reduce human errors,shorten project cycles,and lower operating costs.[Conclu-sions]With the continuous progress of AI technology and the accumulation of application experience in the future,its role in scientific research project management will become more prominent.However,ef-fective measures need to be taken to promote the improvement of talent cultivation,technical system,data security,business integration,and other aspects.
