职业本科背景下智慧实验室建设策略研究

[目的]职业本科教育旨在培养高层次技术技能人才,亟须加强其智慧实验室信息化、自动化、数字化建设,有效提升就业竞争力和职场适应力.[方法]通过分析职业本科教育人才培养特点和智慧实验室建设意义,探讨智慧实验室建设现有问题,提出针对性的建设策略.[结果]智慧实验室建设和管理存在设备利用率不高、实验室功能单一、实验室管理人员信息化素养不高、数字化教学资源匮乏、科教融汇不深入等问题.[结论]提出做好顶层设计、加强管理团队建设、开发建设创新型数字化教学资源以及构建智慧实验室综合管理体系等建设策略,对职业本科智慧实验室建设与管理的提前布局、整体规划有一定的参考价值.
Research on the Construction Strategy of Smart Laboratories under the Background of Vocational Undergraduate Education
[Purposes]Vocational undergraduate education aims to cultivate high-level technical and skilled talents,and there is an urgent need to strengthen the informatization,automation,and digitization construction of their smart laboratories,effectively enhancing their employment competitiveness and workplace adaptability.[Methods]By analyzing the characteristics of talent cultivation in vocational un-dergraduate education and the significance of smart laboratory construction,this paper explores the exist-ing problems in smart laboratory construction and proposes targeted construction strategies.[Findings]There are problems in the construction and management of smart laboratories,such as low equipment uti-lization,single laboratory functions,low information literacy of laboratory management personnel,lack of digital teaching resources,and insufficient integration of science and education.[Conclusions]This pa-per puts forward some construction strategies,such as making efforts in top-level design,strengthening management team building,developing and constructing innovative digital teaching resources,and build-ing a comprehensive management system for smart laboratories,which have certain reference value for the advance layout and overall planning of the construction and management of smart laboratories for vo-cational undergraduate programs.
