基于"任务包"方法的BIM轻量化管理系统研究与应用

[目的]BIM轻量化管理系统作为BIM技术应用的重要方向,在数据与模型的关联匹配、构件体量与数量、加载速度与功能使用等方面还存在较多问题.针对上述问题,对BIM轻量化管理系统进行研究.[方法]①使用计算机编程技术,开发"任务包"的数据处理算法;②使用BIM模型数模分离技术实现BIM模型轻量化;③将工程信息编码文字信息转换为数字编码信息.[结果]使用以上技术,该BIM轻量化管理系统实现了如下功能:①实现了BIM、GIS、物联网等各类工程项目信息数据的互联互通;②实现了BIM模型的属性数据与几何模型信息的分别存储,并实现跨模型属性查询和应用;③有效解决了BIM模型信息读取、管理维护、模型体量大、加载速度等方面问题.[结论]该研究在G104京岚线济南黄河公路大桥扩建工程HHDQ-1标段得到了应用,取得了较好的经济、社会效益.
Research and Application of BIM Lightweight Management System Based on"Task Package"Method
[Purposes]As an important direction of BIM Technology application,BIM lightweight manage-ment system still has many problems in data and model association and matching,component volume and quantity,loading speed and function use.Aiming at the above problems,the BIM lightweight technol-ogy is studied.[Methods]The main methods are as follows:①using computer programming technology,the data processing algorithm of"task package"is developed;②BIM model is lightweight by using digital analog separation technology;③engineering information encoded text information is converted into digi-tal encoded information.[Findings]Using the above technologies,the BIM lightweight management sys-tem realizes the following functions:①it realizes the interconnection of information and data of various engineering projects such as BIM,GIS,Internet of Things,etc;②the attribute data and geometric model information of BIM model are stored separately,and cross model attribute query and application are real-ized;③it effectively solves the problems of BIM model information reading,management and mainte-nance,large model volume,loading speed and so on.[Conclusions]The study has been applied in the HHDQ-1 section of the extension project of Jinan Yellow River Highway Bridge on G104 JingLan line,and achieved good economic and social benefits.
