[目的]大型科研仪器是突破科学前沿、解决经济社会发展和国家安全重大科技问题的技术基础和重要手段.研究大型仪器设备共享途径与方法,为建立科技创新体系、提高自主创新能力提供参考和借鉴.[方法]通过对相关文献的综述和案例分析,研究大型仪器设备共享的运行机制与模式,探讨实现大型科学仪器设备共享的途径与方法.[结果]大型科学仪器设备在科技创新中具有重要作用,缺乏高精度的设备将限制科技成果的突破.完善大型仪器设备共享运行机制是实现设备利用率提高和良性运转的关键,可以通过建立统一管理平台、制定共享准则和规范操作流程等方式实现.[结论]大型仪器设备共享的优越性和可行性,能够促进科研合作、资源共享、技术创新等方面的发展.
Research on the Ways and Methods of Sharing Large-scale Instruments and Equipment
[Purposes]Large-scale scientific research instruments and equipment are the technical basis and important means to break through the scientific frontier and solve the major scientific and technologi-cal problems of economic and social development and national security.This paper studies the ways and methods of sharing large-scale instruments and equipment,and provides reference for establishing scien-tific and technological innovation system and improving independent innovation ability.[Methods]Through the review of relevant literature and case analysis,the operation mechanism and mode of large-scale instruments and equipment sharing are studied,and the ways and methods to realize it are dis-cussed.[Findings]Large scientific instruments and equipment play an important role in scientific and technological innovation,and the lack of high-precision equipment will limit the breakthrough of scien-tific and technological achievements.Improving the sharing and operation mechanism of large instru-ments and equipment is the key to realizing the improvement of equipment utilization and benign opera-tion,which can be achieved by establishing a unified management platform,formulating sharing guide-lines and standardizing the operation process.[Conclusions]The superiority and feasibility of sharing large instruments and equipment can promote scientific research cooperation,resource sharing and tech-nological innovation.
