安全隔离设施风险监测系统设计——以某水电站为例

摘要
[目的]在对水电站内的设备检修过程中,用于保证人员和设备安全的安全隔离设施可能会出现异常,仅通过人工监测易出现疏漏,且监测间隔周期较长,为避免由此带来的安全风险,设计了一套针对水电站的安全隔离设施风险监测系统.[方法]基于Zigbee无线通信技术,集成震动监测模块、温湿度传感器、蜂鸣器、无线通信模块等,实现对安全隔离设施异动风险监测及报警.[结果]在某水电站实际测试该安全隔离设施风险监测系统,发现该系统运行良好,能正确检测出所布置的检修设备安全隔离设施异动情况.[结论]该安全隔离设施风险监测系统的应用能实现对安全隔离设施异动监测、报警和数据自动记录,降低水电站内施工作业安全风险,对其他行业的类似应用推广具有一定的借鉴意义.
Abstract
[Purposes]During the maintenance process of equipment in hydropower plants,safety isolation facilities to ensure personnel and equipment safety may encounter abnormalities.Only manual monitor-ing can easily lead to omissions and long monitoring intervals.To avoid safety risks caused by this,a safety isolation risk monitoring system for hydropower stations has been designed.[Methods]By combin-ing Zigbee wireless communication technology,the abnormal risk monitoring and alarm of safety isola-tion facilities can be achieved through vibration monitoring modules,temperature and humidity sensors,buzzers,wireless communication modules,etc.[Findings]After actual testing at a certain hydropower plant,the risk monitoring system for safety isolation facilities ran well and could correctly reflect the ab-normal safety isolation facilities of the arranged maintenance equipment.[Conclusions]After the applica-tion of the safety isolation facilities risk monitoring system,it can achieve abnormal monitoring,alarm,and automatic data recording of safety isolation facilities,reduce the safety risks of construction opera-tions in hydropower plants,and have certain promotion value and reference significance for similar appli-cations in other industries.
