[目的]通过详细的分析和比较,探讨不同类型的蒸汽管道补偿器对管道热应力及其相关参数的影响,以优化电厂项目中的蒸汽管道设计,为未来类似项目中补偿器的选择和设计提供科学依据和参考.[方法]通过构建不同类型(方形和矩形)补偿器的管道模型,进行热应力模拟,分析不同臂长的多种补偿器配置情况,以评估这些因素对管道的最大一次应力、最大二次热应力、热位移以及固定点约束反力的影响.[结果]不同类型的补偿器对管道的热应力表现出显著的影响.优化补偿器的选择和配置能够显著提高管道系统的整体稳定性和可靠性.[结论]研究结果不仅能够指导类似项目的补偿器选型,还为提高管道系统的安全性和经济性提供了理论依据和实践经验.
Design and Selection of Square(Rectangular)Shape Compensator for Steam Pipeline
[Purposes]This paper aims to discuss the influence of different types of steam pipeline com-pensators on the thermal stress of the pipeline and its related parameters through detailed analysis and comparison,so as to optimize the steam pipeline design in power plant projects,which provides scientific basis and practical reference for the selection and design of compensators in similar projects in the fu-ture.[Methods]The thermal stress was simulated by constructing pipeline models of different types(square and rectangular)compensators.The analysis covered a variety of compensator configurations of different arm lengths,to assess the impact of these factors on the pipe's maximum primary stress,maxi-mum secondary thermal stress,thermal displacement,and fixed point confinement reaction.[Findings]The different types of compensators showed significant effects on the thermal stress of the pipeline.Opti-mizing the selection and configuration of compensators can significantly improve the overall stability and reliability of the pipeline system.[Conclusions]The research results of this paper can not only guide the selection of compensators for similar projects in the future,but also provide theoretical basis and practi-cal experience for improving the safety and economy of pipeline system.
