聚乙烯和硫磺对沥青抗老化性能的影响

[目的]研究聚乙烯和硫磺对沥青抗老化性能影响.[方法]制备不同改性剂掺量的聚乙烯改性沥青和硫磺改性沥青,并对不同沥青进行旋转薄膜加热老化试验和压力老化试验,测试不同沥青老化前后针入度、软化点和延度,分析老化前后针入度和延度老化指数及软化点差.通过红外光谱试验分析沥青中官能团,探究聚乙烯和硫磺对沥青抗老化影响机理.[结果]相同老化条件时,随着聚乙烯或硫磺掺量增加,改性沥青针入度老化指数和延度老化指数逐渐增加,软化点差逐渐降低,老化前后性能差异减小;聚乙烯和硫磺对沥青的改性以物理改性为主.相对于原基质沥青,改性沥青的羰基指数和亚砜指数降低.[结论]聚乙烯和硫磺可增强沥青的抗氧化老化性能.
Effect of Polyethylene and Sulfur on Agti-aging Performance of Asphalt
[Purposes]In order to study the influence of polyethylene and sulfur on the agti-aging perfor-mance of asphalt.[Methods]Polyethylene modified asphalt and sulfur modified asphalt with different modifier contents were prepared,and the rotating film heating aging test and pressure aging test were car-ried out for different asphalt.The penetration,softening point,and ductility of different asphalt before and after aging were tested,and the penetration and ductility aging index and softening point difference before and after aging were analyzed.The influence mechanism of polyethylene and sulfur on asphalt ag-ing resistance was explored by analyzing the functional groups in asphalt by infrared spectrum test.[Findings]The results show that under the same aging conditions,with the increase of polyethylene or sulfur content,the penetration aging index and elongation aging index of modified asphalt gradually in-crease,and the softening point difference gradually decrease,and the performance difference before and after aging decrease.The modification of asphalt by polyethylene and sulfur is mainly based on physical modification.Compared to the original matrix asphalt,the carbonyl index and sulfoxide index of modified asphalt decrease.[Conclusions]Polyethylene and sulfur can increase the antioxidant aging performance of asphalt.
