Research on the Copyright Attribution of Short Video Works
[Purposes]This paper explores the issue of copyright ownership of short video works,and based on this,proposing a path to improve the rules of copyright ownership of short video works to pro-vide reference for promoting the orderly and healthy development of the short video industry.[Methods]This paper investigates the current situation of the short video industry,analyzes the causes of copyright ownership issues in short video works,and explores ways to improve them.[Findings]There are still the following problems when determining the ownership of short video works:when there is a contract,the transaction efficiency value and security value are easily damaged;when there is no agreement or the agreement is unclear,there are difficulties in the producer 's identification.In addition,when short vid-eos have multiple attributes such as audio-visual works,official works,collaborative works,or commis-sioned works,they will further fall into the dilemma of ownership confusion.[Conclusions]The issue of ownership of short video works originates from both theoretical and practical levels.Therefore,on the premise of insisting on protecting the rights and interests of producers,the identification standards among producers should be clarified in legislation,and the application of special works ownership rules in short video works should be clarified.In judicial practice,the rules of ownership identification should be refined and corresponding industry identification rules are established.
