摘要
[目的]分析科技成果评价的应用现状,对科技成果评价的科学性、适宜性、标准性进行研究与思考.[方法]利用文献法和实地调研法,首先对科技成果评价的应用价值进行分析,其次,结合调查结果,阐述科技成果评价在实际工作中的应用广泛性,最后,根据应用现状,对如何建立健全科学的科技成果评价体系提出建议.[结果]科技成果评价可以让企业在技术交易、政府支持、投融资等多方面获得支持,进而提高企业的核心竞争力.[结论]科学完善的科技成果评价体系是保证评价结论科学公正的必要条件,可以推动科技成果评价工作的科学化、规范化和专业化发展,为科技创新和社会经济发展提供有力的支持.
Abstract
[Purposes]This paper analyzes the application status of scientific and technological achieve-ments evaluation to study the scientificity,suitability and standardization of scientific and technological achievements evaluation.[Methods]Firstly,this paper uses the literature method and the field research method to first analyze the application value of the evaluation of scientific and technological achieve-ments in the market competition;secondly,combined with the investigation results,this paper expounds the extensive application of the evaluation of scientific and technological achievements in practical work;finally,according to the application status,this paper puts forward suggestions on how to establish and improve the scientific and technological achievements evaluation system.[Findings]This study found that the evaluation of scientific and technological achievements can help enterprises obtain support in technology transaction,government support,investment and financing,so as to improve the core competi-tiveness of enterprises.[Conclusions]A scientific and perfect evaluation system of scientific and techno-logical achievements is a necessary condition to ensure the scientific and fair evaluation conclusions,which can promote the scientific,standardized and professional development of scientific and technologi-cal achievements evaluation,and provide strong support for scientific as well as technological innovation and social and economic development.
