Suggestions for the Sustainable Development of Intellectual Property Public Service Industry in Henan
[Purposes]This paper analyzes the current status of the intellectual property public service in-dustry in Henan Province,explores the existing problems and constraints in its development,and pro-poses practical optimization suggestions to provide a reference for establishing Henan as a strong prov-ince in intellectual property.[Methods]By reviewing relevant policy documents and analyzing the quan-tity and distribution of intellectual property service institutions and platforms in Henan Province,this study delves into the existing issues based on actual conditions.[Findings]It was found that the intellec-tual property public service industry in Henan faces several challenges,including insufficient attention from higher authorities,an inefficient management system,inadequate investment,and weak service ca-pabilities.[Conclusions]It is recommended to further establish a comprehensive public service plat-form,create a smooth intellectual property transaction mechanism,and promote market-oriented,large-scale,and international development.Additionally,active guidance and support for the establishment of intellectual property intermediary service organizations will provide robust support for the economic de-velopment of Henan Province.
