摘要
[目的]为解决步进电机在高速与负载变化时精度不稳定的问题,提出步进电机驱动转速高精度伺服控制方法.[方法]构建步进电机的数学模型,并设计电机驱动转速伺服控制器,以获取电机应达到的目标转速.通过关联各参数,将控制重构为多变量、时间相依性约束下的目标优化问题,实现对步进电机驱动转速的高精度伺服控制.[结果]实验结果表明,该步进电机高精度伺服控制方法的转速控制误差小于另外两种方法,且均控制在20 r/min内,从而提高步进电机的转速稳定性和控制精度,满足高精度应用的需求.[结论]该步进电机高精度伺服控制方法在实际应用中具有较高的可行性,为步进电机在精密控制领域中的应用提供了有力的支持.
Abstract
[Purposes]In order to solve the problem of unstable accuracy of stepper motor at high speed and load change,a high-precision servo control method for stepper motor drive speed is proposed.[Meth-ods]The mathematical model of the stepper motor is built,the servo controller of the motor driving speed is designed,and the target speed of the motor is obtained.By associating parameters,the control chal-lenge is reconstructed into the target optimization problem under multi-variable and time-dependent constraints,and the high precision servo control of stepper motor drive speed is realized.[Findings]The experimental results show that the speed control error of the high-precision servo control method of the stepper motor is less than that of the other two methods,and both are controlled within 20 r/min,thereby improving the speed stability and control accuracy of the stepper motor and meeting the needs of high-precision applications.[Conclusions]The high precision servo control method of stepper motor proposed in this study has high feasibility in practical application,and provides a strong support for the application of stepper motor in the field of precision control.
