Analysis and Optimization of Power Distribution System for Large Pumping Station
[Purposes]In order to ensure the safe,reliable and flexible operation of large pumping stations and improve the economy of their operation,the power supply and distribution system of high-power pumping stations is reasonably designed and optimized.[Methods]Taking a large drainage pump station in Weifang as an example,this paper analyzes the design and optimization process of its power supply and distribution system by deeply discussing the load grade,power supply,load calculation and substa-tion design.[Findings]Through the comparison of main wiring schemes,load calculation of demand fac-tor method,reactive power compensation and harmonic suppression,a design scheme is put forward to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the pumping station,which improves the reliability and economy of the power supply system.[Conclusions]Combined with the actual situation,the characteristics of the system are summarized,and further optimization suggestions are put forward.Reasonable equipment se-lection and electrical main wiring design provide convenient conditions for the future expansion and transformation of the system.In the future,intelligent technology can be further introduced to improve the automation level and maintainability of the system.
