Design of Hydraulic Automatic Erecting and Dismantling System for a Radar Antenna
[Purposes]This paper aims to design a set of hydraulic automatic lifting system,which can control the radar antenna array with long motion stroke,large volume and heavy self-weight to achieve stable and reliable operation,and has high precision.[Methods]First of all,aiming at the heavy load and smooth operation requirements,the hydraulic system is selected to replace the traditional electrome-chanical system.Secondly,in the design of the control system,the controller with fast computing speed and high real-time performance and the pitch encoder with high accuracy are selected as the core hard-ware.Thirdly,during the movement of a variety of reduction valves to eliminate the speed mutation of the secondary cylinder in the hydraulic system.Finally,the control algorithm is analyzed and designed through the precise control of the hydraulic valve,motor and sensors and other key components to ensure the accurate control of the hydraulic system.[Findings]Through the physical verification,the time of the antenna movement is less than 5min,and the operation positioning accuracy is less than 0.1 degree,and the key indicators can meet the design requirements.[Conclusions]The hydraulic erecting and disman-tling system and two-stage double-action cylinder can ensure the stable,reliable and high accuracy op-eration of the antenna array with large load and long stroke.
