网状分布老巷对煤柱工作面的影响及过巷技术研究

[目的]网状分布的老巷容易聚集有害气体或导通老空裂隙水源,对回采工作面安全生产构成了极大威胁,因此需要采取有效措施防止此类工作面生产期间有害气体聚集或发生突水事故,以提高安全生产效率.[方法]以新登煤矿21煤柱工作面为研究对象,通过诊断分析网状分布的不同特征老巷的危险致灾因素,提出超前探测、强化支护、有害气体监测、应急处置等综合防控技术,并将此综合防控技术在21煤柱工作面进行了实践.[结果]结果表明,21煤柱工作面采用过巷综合防控技术后,未发生有害气聚集、突水以及各类顶板事故,工作面实现了安全、高效生产.[结论]研究成果可在类似工作面生产中进行推广应用.
Research on the Influence of Old Roadway with a Network Distribution on Coal Pillar Working Face and the Technique of Passing Through Roadway
[Purposes]The old roadways with a network distribution are prone to accumulating harmful gases or leading to water sources in the old goaf cracks,posing a significant threat to the safety produc-tion of the mining face.Therefore,effective measures are needed to prevent the accumulation of harmful gases or water inrush accidents during the production period of such working faces,and to improve safety production efficiency.[Methods]Taking the 21 coal pillar working face of Xindeng Coal Mine as the re-search object,the comprehensive prevention and control technologies such as advanced detection,strengthened support,harmful gas monitoring,and emergency response were proposed by diagnosing and analyzing the hazards and disaster factors of different characteristics of old tunnels with network distribu-tion.And this comprehensive prevention and control technology was put into practice in the 21 coal pil-lar working face.[Findings]The results showed that after adopting the comprehensive prevention and control technology through tunnels in the 21 coal pillar working face,no harmful gas accumulation,water inrush,or various roof accidents occurred,and the working face achieved safe and efficient production.[Conclusions]This research result can be promoted and applied in the production of similar working faces.
