基于生活垃圾焚烧炉渣的复合路基填料研究与应用

[目的]为了解决道路建设填料紧张的问题,以生活垃圾焚烧炉渣为研究对象,将炉渣与土配制成复合路基填料,用于各等级公路路基填筑.[方法]根据施工情况,设计复合填料配合比,通过研究复合填料及其水泥改良后的击实特性与CBR值等路用性能,检测炉渣的浸出重金属含量及复合填料的环保性质,并开展工程试验段应用.[结果]结果表明,相较于其单一组分,复合路基填料的CBR值提高了2~5倍,确定二者的复合比例为1∶1(体积比);炉渣浸出重金属含量符合国家相关规范要求,且炉渣有益于植物生长;复合路基具有较好的压实性,各项指标均满足设计及验收要求.[结论]生活垃圾焚烧炉渣作为复合路基填料成分,环保安全,无污染,具有推广应用价值.
Research and Application of Composite Roadbed Filling Material Based on Incineration Slag of Municipal Solid Waste
[Purposes]In order to alleviate the problem of insufficient filling materials in road construc-tion,this article took incineration slag of municipal solid waste as the research object,and prepared com-posite roadbed filling materials with slag and soil for the filling of various grades of highway roadbeds.[Methods]Based on the construction situation,a composite filler mix ratio was designed.By studying the compaction characteristics and road performance such as CBR value of the composite filler and its ce-ment improvement,the leaching heavy metal content of slag and the environmental protection properties of the composite filler were detected,and an engineering test section was carried out for application.[Findings]The results showed that compared to its single component,the CBR value of the composite roadbed filler increased by 2~5 times,and the composite ratio of the two was determined to be 1∶1(vol-ume ratio);the leaching of heavy metals from slag meets the requirements of relevant national regula-tions,and the slag was beneficial for plant growth;the composite subgrade had good compaction perfor-mance,and all indicators met the design and acceptance requirements.[Conclusions]The use of the slag as a composite roadbed filling component was environmentally friendly,safe,pollution-free,and had promotion and application value.
