基于地铁隧道的整体道床沉降监测及病害分析

[目的]地铁地下线隧道工程由于地质条件不良或其他因素影响,会引起隧道及轨道整体道床发生不均匀沉降变形,为防止地铁运营期间隧道及附属结构因沉降变形而产生不良病害,对地铁行车安全造成影响,有必要对隧道整体道床结构变形及隧道病害进行研究.[方法]通过应用监测技术对地铁隧道整体道床进行沉降监测数据分析,并运用无损检测技术对隧道整体道床产生的病害进行分析,进而掌握地铁隧道的健康状况.[结果]监测结果显示,地铁隧道道床病害区段出现轻微下沉,道床基底混凝土存在脱空及松散现象.这为后期病害整治工程提供技术支持,并据此采取相应的安全防治措施.[结论]研究成果为保障地铁正常安全运营提供参考.
Settlement Monitoring of Monolithic Track Bed and Defect Analysis Based on Subway Tunnels
[Purposes]Due to poor geological conditions or other factors,the underground line tunnel proj-ect in the subway may cause uneven settlement and deformation of the monolithic track bed of the tunnel and track.In order to prevent the adverse diseases caused by the settlement and deformation of the tun-nel and its auxiliary structure during the operation of the subway,which will affect the safety of the sub-way,it is necessary to study the deformation of the monolithic track bed structure and the tunnel dis-eases.[Methods]By applying monitoring technology to analyze the settlement monitoring data of the monolithic track bed of the subway tunnel,and using non-destructive testing technology to analyze and study the diseases caused by the overall track bed of the tunnel,the health status of the subway tunnel can be grasped.[Findings]The monitoring results show that there is a slight subsidence in the disease section of the track bed of the subway tunnel,and there is a void and loose phenomenon in the concrete of the track bed,which provides technical support for the later defect remediation project and correspond-ing basis for taking safety prevention measures accordingly.[Conclusions]The research results provide practical reference value for ensuring the normal and safe operation of the subway.
