钢管和PE管两种燃气管道的泄漏声源特性分析

[目的]分析钢管和PE管这两种燃气管道的泄漏声源特性.[方法]通过燃气管道泄漏检测实验平台,采用声波法分别对PE管和钢管进行声源泄漏实验.[结果]结果表明:在中、低压条件下钢管和PE管泄漏点处参数特征随着管道压力的增大而增大;当压力和孔径一定时,钢管泄漏的时域幅值比PE管泄漏时大;当压力和孔径一定时;钢管的ASL、RMS值均大于PE管.[结论]实验结果有助于预防管道泄漏,可为城镇燃气管道泄漏检测提供理论支持.
Characteristic Analysis of Leakage Sound Source of Steel Pipe and PE Pipe
[Purposes]The characteristics of leakage sound source of two kinds of gas pipelines,steel pipe and PE pipe,are analyzed.[Methods]The acoustic wave method was used to conduct sound source leakage experiments on PE pipes and steel pipes respectively through the gas pipeline leakage detection experimental platform.[Findings]The results show that the parameter characteristics at the leakage points of steel pipes and PE pipes increase with the increase of pipeline pressure under medium and low pressure conditions.When the pressure and aperture are constant,the time domain amplitude of steel pipe leakage is larger than that of PE pipe leakage.When the pressure and pore size are constant,the ASL and RMS values of steel pipes are higher than those of PE pipes.[Conclusions]The experimental results provide theoretical support for the leakage monitoring of urban gas pipelines,which is helpful to prevent pipeline leakage.
