[目的]构建基于绿色化工技术的锂电基础材料循环经济模型.[方法]通过采用机械预处理、湿法冶金和火法冶金等绿色回收技术,实现对废旧锂电池中金属元素的高效回收与纯化.设计包含材料回收与再利用流程、能量与物质闭路循环的循环经济模型框架,并探讨关键技术与设备支持.[结果]经济可行性分析显示,该模型具有显著的成本效益和市场潜力.环境评估表明,该模型能够有效节能减排并控制污染.然而,该模型也面临材料分离纯化、能量回收系统效率及绿色化工设备优化等挑战.[结论]通过技术创新与设备升级,有望克服当前模型所面临的难题,进一步推动基于绿色化工技术的锂电基础材料循环经济模型的应用与发展.
Exploration of the Circular Economy Model of Lithium Battery Basic Materials Based on the Perspective of Green Chemical Industry
[Purposes]This article aims to construct a circular economy model for lithium battery basic materials based on green chemical technology.[Methods]By adopting green recycling technologies such as mechanical pretreatment,wet metallurgy,and pyrometallurgy,efficient recovery and purification of metal elements from waste lithium batteries can be achieved.At the same time,this paper designs a circu-lar economy model framework that includes material recycling and reuse processes,energy and material closed-loop circulation,and explores key technologies and equipment support.[Findings]The economic feasibility analysis shows that the model has significant cost-effectiveness and market potential.Environ-mental assessment shows that the model can effectively save energy,reduce emissions,and control pollu-tion.However,the model also faces challenges such as material separation and purification,energy recov-ery system efficiency,and optimization of green chemical equipment.[Conclusions]Through technologi-cal innovation and equipment upgrades,it is expected to overcome the challenges faced by current mod-els and further promote the application and development of circular economy models for lithium battery base materials based on green chemical technology.
