Research on the Present Situation of Intellectual Property Rights of High-Tech Enterprises in Gansu Province
[Purposes]This paper aims to further strengthen the cultivation of high-tech enterprises in Gansu Province,form a cluster of scientific and technological innovation-oriented enterprises with high-tech enterprises as the main body,and scientifically analyze and grasp the current situation and prob-lems of intellectual property protection of high-tech enterprises,thus finding the right direction for serv-ing the construction of a echelon cultivation system for science and technology enterprises.[Methods]Taking high-tech enterprises in Gansu Province as an example,this paper takes the opportunity of carry-ing out the echelon cultivation service of science and technology enterprises to compare and analyze the current situation and problems of enterprises in intellectual property protection through field visits to re-search enterprises,consulting data and empirical research.[Findings]Countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to improve enterprise innovation performance from four aspects:policy publicity and business guidance,promotion of achievement transfer and transformation,improvement of enterprise in-tellectual property management system and the increase of the investment of enterprise research and de-velopment.[Conclusions]This paper provides reference for the management departments to formulate relevant policies and the protection and application of intellectual property rights of high-tech enter-prises,so as to promote the high-tech enterprises in Gansu Province to achieve high-quality develop-ment.
