摘要
[目的]把握"专精特新"背景下河南省中小企业的转型与创新发展状况,探究更好地推动河南省中小企业创新发展的路径策略,为相关理论研究和实践活动提供参考.[方法]运用SWOT与微笑曲线对河南省中小企业创新发展现状进行深入分析.[结果]河南省中小企业创新发展面临创新人才匮乏、融资问题严峻、数智化程度低、产学研协同不紧密及创新风险保障不足等问题.为此,本研究针对性地提出了激励创新与引才育才、拓宽中小企业融资渠道、推动中小企业数智化转型、强化产学研协同及加强技术研发风险管理等对策路径.[结论]提出的对策路径可为进一步促进河南省中小企业创新发展提供理论指导与路径参考.
Abstract
[Purposes]This paper aims to grasp the transformation and innovation development situation of small and medium-sized enterprises in Henan Province under the background of specialized-refinement-differential-innovation(SRDI),explore the strategies and paths to better promote the innova-tion and development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Henan Province,and provide reference for relevant theoretical research and practical activities.[Methods]Therefore,SWOT and smile curve are used to analysis the innovation and development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Henan prov-ince.[Findings]The innovation and development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Henan Prov-ince are faced with the problems of lack of innovative talents,severe financing problems,low degree of digital intelligence,lack of close cooperation between industry,university and research,and insufficient innovation risk protection..Therefore,the paper puts forward the countermeasures such as encouraging innovation and attracting talents,broadening the financing channels of small and medium-sized enter-prises,promote the intelligent transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises,enhance industry-university-research cooperation,and strengthen the risk management of technology research and devel-opment.[Conclusions]The countermeasures can provide theoretical guidance and reference for further promoting the innovation and development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Henan Province.
