摘要
[目的]学科竞争力是衡量高校综合实力、体现内涵发展的核心要素.开展学科竞争力分析,可以摸清学科发展现状,发现学科的长项和短板,为学科发展提供参考.[方法]本研究运用文献计量学方法,从科学基金、顶尖科研人才等5个维度对安徽省16所高校学科竞争力因素进行分析.[结果]安徽省高校存在顶尖学科和高层次人才缺乏、学科发展不平衡、原创科技成果转化不足等问题.[结论]建议优化学科布局和发展方向,打造高质量的学科生态圈,引进和培育优秀高层次人才构建未来竞争力,加速推进科技成果转化,以提升安徽省高校学科水平和国际影响力.
Abstract
[Purposes]The competitiveness of disciplines is the core element that measures the compre-hensive strength of universities and reflects the connotation development.The analysis of discipline com-petitiveness can find out the current situation of discipline development,learn the strengths and weak-nesses of the discipline,and provide reference for the development of the discipline.[Methods]The ar-ticle uses bibliometric methods to analyze the disciplinary competitiveness factors of 16 universities in Anhui from five dimensions,such as scientific funds and top research talents.[Findings]There are prob-lems such as the lack of top disciplines and high-level talents,unbalanced development of disciplines,and insufficient transformation of original scientific and technological achievements in Anhui universi-ties.[Conclusions]It is recommended to optimize the layout and development direction of disciplines,create high-quality disciplinary ecological clusters,introduce and cultivate excellent high-level talents to build future competitiveness,and accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achieve-ments in order to enhance the disciplinary level and international influence of Anhui universities.
