Research on Optimizing the Path of Government-Civilian Interaction and Exchange from the Perspective of Digital Government—Taking the Interactive Exchange on the Government Website of Science and Technology Department of Jiangxi Province as an Example
[Purposes]Under the background of digital government construction,the development of gov-ernment websites and government services are deeply integrated and mutually promoted.Among them,the interaction and exchange between the government and the public has always been highly concerned by all sectors of society as an important platform.Therefore,optimizing the path of interaction and ex-change between the government and the public can help to better build a service-oriented government.[Methods]Using the case analysis method,taking the interactive communication on the government web-site of Science and Technology Department of Jiangxi Province as an example,this study focuses on the management norms of interactive communication on government websites,the forms of political civilian interaction,the handling and classification of incoming documents,existing problems,and optimization management strategies.[Findings]This paper proposed optimization paths such as improving the timeli-ness and quality of interactive communication responses,perfecting the conventional functions of interac-tive communication management on government websites,and innovating the forms of interactive commu-nication on government websites.[Conclusions]This paper aims to establish and improve a long-term mechanism for government-civilian interaction and exchange,enhance the credibility of the government,and provide reference for protecting the people′s rights to information,participation,expression,and su-pervision in accordance with the law.
