[目的]针对目前我国工业锅炉在线监测程度较低的问题,开发出基于大数据的工业锅炉能效在线监测系统,以提高锅炉的运行热效率.[方法]通过在锅炉侧布置传感器和数据采集传输设备,采集锅炉实时运行的数据,并将其上传至云平台上的数据处理中心.数据处理中心对采集到的数据进行数据处理和数据诊断,实现对锅炉运行能效的在线监控,并给出优化建议.[结果]远程在线监测系统能监测工业锅炉的运行状态参数,并及时反馈,关键时刻可快速给出停机信号,保障锅炉运行安全.同时,可监测与锅炉能效相关的参数,根据锅炉负荷及时调整锅炉的燃料量和送风量,从而提高锅炉运行的经济性.[结论]通过工业锅炉在线监测系统科学管理锅炉,不仅能有效提高锅炉的安全水平,还能通过管理节能和技术节能的方式提高锅炉的能效水平,最终实现锅炉运行过程中的节能减排.
Research on Online Energy Efficiency Monitoring System of Industrial Boilers
[Purposes]To address the low level of online monitoring for industrial boilers in China,this paper developed an intelligent boiler detection and management system based on big data to improve the thermal efficiency of boilers.[Methods]The online monitoring system collects and transmits real-time operating data of the boiler through sensors and data acquisition transmission devices installed on the boiler side to a data processing center on the cloud platform.The data collected by the center is pro-cessed and diagnosed to monitor the energy efficiency of the boiler and provide optimization suggestions.[Findings]Remote online monitoring of industrial boilers can monitor operational parameters and pro-vide timely feedback,and when necessary,it can quickly give a shutdown signal to ensure safe boiler op-eration and can also monitor parameters related to boiler energy efficiency and adjust fuel and air supply in a timely manner based on boiler load to improve the economic efficiency of boiler operation.[Conclu-sions]Scientific management of the boiler's daily operation can be achieved through the industrial boiler online monitoring system.This system can not only effectively improve the safety level of the boiler but also improve its energy efficiency through energy management and technical means,ultimately achieving energy conservation and emission reduction during boiler operation.
