[目的]以小孔节流液体静压轴承作为研究对象,优化其结构参数,并对优化前后的承载力和刚度进行对比分析.[方法]通过正交试验以承载力最大为优化准则,对其结构参数进行优化,并通过Fluent仿真计算对优化前后小孔节流液体静压轴承的承载力和刚度进行分析.[结果]优化得到的最佳组合为平均油膜厚度h0=20 μm、节流孔直径d0=0.35 mm、节流孔到轴端面距离l0=5.1 mm、单排节流孔数目n=10.[结论]优化后的小孔节流液体静压轴承在承载力和刚度方面得到了一定提升.
Parameter Optimization and Comparative Analysis of Pinhole Throttling Hydrostatic Bearing
[Purposes]Taking the pinhole throttling hydrostatic bearing as the research object,the struc-tural parameters are optimized,and the bearing capacity and stiffness before and after optimization are compared and analyzed.[Methods]The structural parameters of the bearing were optimized according to the maximum bearing capacity optimization criterion by orthogonal test,and the bearing capacity and stiffness of the bearing before and after optimization were analyzed by Fluent simulation calculation.[Findings]The optimal combination was as follows:average oil film thickness was h0=20 μm,orifice di-ameter d0=0.35 mm,distance from orifice to shaft end face l0=5.1 mm,and number of single row orifice n=10.[Conclusions]The bearing capacity and stiffness of the optimized pinhole throttling hydrostatic bearing have been improved to some extent.
