摘要
[目的]为了评价高速公路既有限速值的合理性,需基于设计指标,研究其与实际交通状态的适应程度.[方法]采用基于设计指标适应性评价的方法,结合交通事故数据,对某高速公路的原限速值开展系统性研究,分析既有限速值对于实际交通通行的适应程度,确定建议的限速值.[结果]该条高速公路可从当前的限速100 km/h提高至120 km/h,限速值提高后,经过两年多的通车运营,该条高速公路未发生限速值提高引起的交通事故,说明该方法的实际应用效果良好.[结论]研究成果可为运营期高速公路限速值合理评价及优化提供借鉴.
Abstract
[Purposes]In order to evaluate the rationality of existing speed limits on freeways,it is neces-sary to evaluate their adaptability to actual traffic conditions based on design indicators.[Methods]Based on the adaptability evaluation method of design index and combined with traffic accident data,a systematic study on the original speed limit value of a highway is carried out.The adaptability of the lim-ited speed value to actual traffic flow was analyzed,and the recommended speed limit value was deter-mined.[Findings]The speed limit of this freeway train can be increased from the current speed limit of 100 km/h to 120 km/h.After more than 2 years of operation,the expressway has not experienced any traf-fic accidents due to the increase in speed limit,indicating that the practical application effect of this method is good.[Conclusions]This method can provide reference for the reasonable evaluation and opti-mization of speed limits for operating freeways.
