高分遥感技术在湖南省国家级自然保护地监测中的应用

[目的]对高分遥感技术在国家级自然保护地的应用进行研究,为自然保护地开展监督管理提供依据.[方法]选取湖南省国家级自然保护地为研究对象,筛选了2020-2022年高分遥感数据,采用现代高分遥感技术,实现了自然保护地类变化情况遥感监测,分析了自然因子和人工因子转化情况.[结果]结果表明:研究区内共监测到林地资源、草地资源、湿地资源、房屋、道路、采矿用地、其他建设用地等地类变化1 174处,面积为843.74 hm².其中,总体资源损毁269.10 hm²,损毁地块603处;总体恢复治理17.99 hm²,恢复治理地块22处;净变化为资源损毁251.11 hm²,地块变化共计625处.[结论]研究成果为自然保护地开展监督管理提供了重要数据依据,能够为自然资源督察执法、国土空间用途管制、自然保护地监管等提供支持.
Application of High-Resolution Remote Sensing Technology in Monitoring National Natural Reserves in Hunan Province
[Purposes]This paper studies the application of high-resolution remote sensing technology in national natural reserves,and provides a basis for the supervision and management of natural reserves.[Methods]In this paper,the national natural reserves of Hunan Province were selected as the research ob-ject,and the high-resolution remote sensing data of three years from 2020 to 2022 were screened.The mod-ern high-resolution remote sensing technology was adopted to realize the remote sensing monitoring of the changes of natural reserves in three years,and the transformation of natural and artificial factors was analyzed.[Findings]The results show that there are 1174 changes of forest land resources,grassland resources,wetland resources,houses,roads,mining land and other construction land,with an area of 843.74 hect-ares.Among them,the total resources were damaged 269.10 hectares and 603 plots were damaged;a to-tal of 17.99 hectares of land were restored and controlled,including 22 plots.The net change was 251.11 hectares of resource damage and 625 land parcel changes.[Conclusions]The research results provide im-portant data basis for the supervision and management of natural reserves,which.It has effectively supported and served major national needs such as natural resources supervision and law enforcement,territorial space use control,and natural protection area supervision.
