Exploration on the Cultivation Mode for Professional Postgraduates of Master of Intellectual Property

摘要
[目的]知识产权硕士专业学位的设立为知识产权高层次应用型复合型人才培养创设了新平台,如何构建其培养模式,是知识产权研究生人才培养的当务之急.[方法]通过梳理目前国外知识产权研究生人才培养现状,分析知识产权硕士专业学位研究生教育的内涵,总结国外知名大学知识产权人才培养的经验.[结果]从培养定位、培养目标、培养方式、课程体系及质量保障体系等5个方面提出建议.[结论]对知识产权硕士专业学位研究生培养模式的探讨,能为其硕士专业学位的建设提供理论支持,进而为全国知识产权硕士专业学位人才的培养提供参考.
Abstract
[Purposes]The establishment of the Master of Intellectual Property provides a new platform for cultivating high-level applied and compound talents in intellectual property,and how to construct its training mode is an urgent task for the cultivation of intellectual property graduate talents.[Methods]By sorting out the current situation of intellectual property graduate talent cultivation,this paper analyzes the connotation of master's degree education in intellectual property,and studies experience of intellec-tual property talent cultivation in well-known foreign universities.[Findings]This paper proposes con-struction suggestions from five aspects:training positioning,training objectives,training methods,cur-riculum system,and quality assurance system.[Conclusions]The exploration of the training mode for master's degree students in intellectual property is hoped to provide theoretical support for the construc-tion of these master's degree,and thus provide reference for the cultivation of master's degree talents in intellectual property nationwide.
