Research on the Performance Evaluation of the Central Government's Guide to Local Science and Technology Development Fund in Anhui Province Based on DEA
[Purposes]This study aims to clarify the implementation effects of central government's guide to local science and technology development fund in Anhui Province and provide a reference for the next step in the formulation and planning of the implementation plan for the fund in Anhui Province by analyz-ing the input-output of the found in Anhui Province.[Methods]Based on the input-output situation of the central government's guide to local science and technology development fund project in Anhui Prov-ince from 2016 to 2021,a performance evaluation index system based on DEA-BCC and DEA-Malmquist model is constructed to empirically analyze the implementation effects of the fund in provin-cial agencies and sixteen cities in Anhui Province.[Findings]The research shows that the performance level of central government's guide to local science and technology development fund in Anhui Province during 2016-2021 was high,and the input-output efficiency was good.However,with the increase in the fund,redundancy began to emerge.[Conclusions]The next step in the formulation and planning of the implementation plan for central government's guide to local science and technology development fund in Anhui Province should focus on improving the performance evaluation system,promoting coordinated de-velopment across the province,and improving the efficiency of scientific and technological achievement transformation to give full play to the positive guiding role of the fund.
