[Purposes]By analyzing the current situation of the technology market in Henan Province,this paper deeply analyzes the existing problems in the current development of the technology market in Henan Province,and puts forward development suggestions from building an innovative collaborative ser-vice system,optimizing the mode of industry-university-research cooperation,improving the manage-ment norms of technology market transactions and perfecting the service to stimulate the vitality of achievement transfer and transformation,so as to provide ideas for the subsequent construction of a large provincial regional technology trading market in Henan Province.[Methods]The present situation of technology market in Henan Province was analyzed and summarized by learning domestic and foreign ex-perience in the construction of technology factor market system,and the problems existing in the current development were analyzed and explored.[Findings]There are some problems in the technology market of Henan Province,such as the lack of effective linkage between the main bodies of technology transfer,the poor channels of technological achievements transformation in colleges and universities,and the single function of technology transfer and transformation platform.Under the premise of adhering to the guidance of the government and focusing on the market,Henan Province should give full play to its policy advantages and gradually build a high-standard technology market system featuring unified and open,orderly competition,complete system,perfect governance and coordinated development in the prov-ince,stimulate the vitality of technology transfer and transformation,and finally form a good technology transfer development ecology.[Conclusions]Technological factors are the key production factors for inno-vation and development.In order to accelerate the transfer and transformation of scientific and techno-logical achievements,realize scientific and technological self-reliance and improve economic and social development,it is necessary to build a technological factor market system,so as to accelerate the coordi-nated development of regional technological factors and promote the development of technological factors in Henan Province.
