浓硫酸处理对素心腊梅种子萌发的影响

对素心腊梅种子进行浓硫酸浸种处理,设置0min、15min、30min、45min和60min5个浸种时间,通过测定种子发芽势和发芽率.研究浓硫酸处理对素心腊梅种子萌发的影响。研究结果显示,浓硫酸处理对素心腊梅种子的萌发有显著促进作用,不同处理时间素心腊梅种子发芽率有较明显的差异.其中浓硫酸处理时间为30mm时发芽势和发芽率均达到最高分别为68.67%-90.67%。
The Effect of Vitriolization on the Seed Germination of Chimonanthus Praecox Var.conclor
This study aims at revealing the effect s of vitriolization on the seed germination of Chimonanthus praecox Var.conclor by measuring germination capacity and germ2nation percentage of seeds. The time of treatment was 0 min, 15 min, 30 min, 45 min and 60 min. The results showed that the treatments of concentrated sulphuric acid played a vital role on the germination rate of Chimonanthus praecox Var.conclor seeds and the treatment and germination percentage were significantly different. At the process-time was 30 min, the germination capacity and germination percentage of Chimonantbus praecox Var.conclor seed reach a peak value were 68.67% and 90.67%, respectively.
