Different types of intercepting ditchs were set in the gap of 13-year-old Pinus elliottii stand to carry out the experiment of water holding and terebinthina promoting,to compare the effects of different types of intercepting ditchs on the pine terebinthina yield of Pinus elliottii stand.The results show that:(1)The treatment of intercepting ditchs had a significant effect on increasing the terebinthina yield of Pinus elliottii(P<0.01),which was 26.8%higher than that of the control Pinus elliottii stand,indicating that the intercepting ditchs had a significant effect on promoting the terebinthina yield of Pinus elliottii stand.(2)The terebinthina yield of Pinus elliottii stand on different slope positions is significantly different.The terebinthina yield of Pinus elliottii stand on the upper slope is significantly lower than that of Pinus elliottii stand on the lower slope,and the terebinthina yield of Pinus elliottii stand increases gradually with the decrease of slope position.
