不同杂交型楸树子代嫁接苗生长性状分析

以中部地区楸树为杂交试验材料,研究杂交楸树子代生长性状的差异.结果表明:2022 年 7 月筛选出5种杂交型共16个无性系,其子代嫁接苗成活率高达96.88%,杂种后代苗木遗传了其亲本的优良性状;不同杂交楸树子代苗木生长量均有显著变化,其中楸×楸子代苗木胸径值最高,为5.59 cm,极显著高于滇楸和灰楸×滇楸子代苗(P<0.01);楸×灰楸子代苗木树高最高,为3.4 m,极显著高于滇楸(P<0.01),显著高于灰楸×滇楸子代苗(P<0.05).研究认为:从发掘楸树育种的潜力来看,楸×灰楸是最具发展育种潜力的一个杂交类型,适宜在豫南平原区等地推广应用.
Analysis of Growth Traits of Grafted Seedlings of Different Hybrid Catalpa Tree Offspring
Using the Chinese catalpa trees in the central region as hybrid experimental materials,this study investigates the differences in growth traits among the offspring of hybrid Chinese catalpa trees.The results showed that in July 2022,5 hybrid types of 16 clones were selected,and the survival rate of their offspring grafted seedlings was as high as 96.88%.The hybrid offspring seedlings inherited the excellent traits of their parents;There were significant changes in the growth of offspring seedlings of different hybrid Chinese catalpa trees.Among them,the diameter at breast height of the offspring seedlings of Chinese catalpa×Chinese catalpa was the highest,at 5.59 cm,which was significantly higher than that of Yunnan catalpa and Chinese catalpa×Chinese catalpa(P<0.01).The height of the hybrid offspring seedlings of Chinese catalpa×Chinese catalpa was the highest,at 3.4m,which was significantly higher than that of Yunnan catalpa(P<0.01)and significantly higher than that of Chinese catalpa×Chinese catalpa(P<0.05).Research suggests that from the perspective of exploring the potential of Chinese catalpa tree breeding,Chinese catalpa×gray catalpa is the most promising hybrid types for breeding development,suitable for promotion and application in the southern Henan plain and other areas.
