摘要
以2 个芍药油用品种'杭白芍'和'粉玉奴'为试材,研究了其荚果和籽粒生长的动态变化.结果表明'杭白芍'和'粉玉奴'荚果和籽粒发育时期分别为90 d和100 d;2个品种荚果和籽粒生长发育过程中的形态变化基本一致.基于芍药籽粒生长发育的形态学变化,可将芍药籽粒生长发育过程划分为4 个阶段,即受精与籽粒形成期(S1)、荚果与籽粒快速生长期(S2)、籽粒内含物充实转化期(S3)和荚果与籽粒脱水成熟期(S4).这为油用芍药高产优质高效栽培技术针对不同的发育阶段进行合理的水肥调控提供了技术参考.
Abstract
Two oil herbaceous peony cultivars,'Hangbaishao'and'Fenyunu',were used as materials to study the dynamic changes in pod and grain growth.The results showed that the pod and grain development periods of'Hangbaishao'and'Fenyunu'were 90 d and 100 d,respectively.The morphological changes of the pods and grains of the two varieties were basically consistent during the growth and development process.Based on the morphological changes in the growth and development of peony grains,the growth and development process of herbaceous peony grains can be divided into four stages,namely the fertilization and grain formation period(S1),the rapid growth period of pods and grains(S2),and the enrichment and transformation period of grain contents(S3)and the dehydration and maturity stage of pods and grains(S4).This provides a technical reference for the high-yield,high-quality,and efficient cultivation technology of oil herbaceous peony for reasonable water and fertilizer regulation at different development stages.
