对4 个优良无性系鲜核桃仁进行了脂肪酸、蛋白质、矿质元素、维生素及氨基酸的测定分析.结果表明,鲜食核桃仁营养成分丰富.其中,3w-4不饱和脂肪酸的含量最高,占总脂肪酸含量的91.743%.3w-1无性系的氨基酸含量、维生素C(VC)、维生素E(VE)、蛋白质以及矿质元素的含量均表现突出.3w-1和3w-4无性系显示出良好的品种培育潜力,并拥有广阔的市场发展前景.
Analysis of Fatty Acid Content and Nutritional Components of Excellent Clones of Fresh Walnut
Fatty acids,protein,mineral elements,vitamins and amino acids of four excellent clones of fresh walnut kernel were determined and analyzed.The results showed that the fresh walnut kernel was rich in nutrients.The content of 3w-4 unsaturated fatty acids was the highest,accounting for 91.743%of the total fatty acids.The contents of amino acids,vitamin C(VC),vitamin E(VE),protein and mineral elements in 3w-1 clones were outstanding.Clones 3w-1 and 3w-4 showed good breeding potential and broad market prospects.
