为解决连翘果实采收过程中人工劳动强度大、效率低下以及果实与叶片难以彻底分离的问题,对传统连翘果实采收装置的分割机构、传送机构和分离收集机构的关键零部件进行了设计更新和优化.重新设计了这些机构的参数,并试制了一种新的具有收集功能的连翘果实分离装置.介绍了这种新装置的基本结构、工作原理、使用方法以及创新点.该装置能够提高连翘果实采收的效率,降低人工成本,并且能够采收到完整度更高的连翘果实.
Development of a Device for Separating and Collecting Forsythia Fruit
In order to solve the problems of high labor intensity,low efficiency and inconvenient and thorough separation of fruits and leaves[1],The key parts of the traditional Forsythia fruit harvesting device,such as the separating mechanism,the transmitting mechanism and the separating and collecting mechanism,were designed,updated and optimized,a device for separating fruits of Forsythia suspensa with collecting function was developed.This paper introduces the basic structure,working principle,application method and innovation of the device for separating the fruits of Forsythia suspensa.The device can improve the separate efficiency of the Forsythia fruit collection,reduce the artificial cost,and harvest the Forsythia fruit with higher integrity.
