摘要
悬铃木是我国重要的园林绿化树种和行道树种,具有重要的经济、社会和生态效益.分子标记技术的发展为悬铃木的种质资源鉴定、遗传多样性分析和遗传育种等提供了研究措施.综述了目前常用的分子标记技术在悬铃木种质资源遗传多样性研究中的研究进展,为今后悬铃木种质资源的收集保存、挖掘利用、遗传多样性以及遗传进化等研究奠定基础.
Abstract
Platanus L.is an important garden greening tree and shade tree in China,which has important economic,social and ecological benefits.The development of molecular marker technology provides research measures for germplasm resource identification,genetic diversity analysis and genetic breeding of Platanus L.,the research of molecular marker technology in genetic diversity of germplasm resources of Platanus L.was reviewed,which laid a foundation for future research on collection,conservation,exploitation,genetic diversity and genetic evolution of germplasm resources of Platanus L..
